Machines relocation
Moving machinery is not just about changing the location of the equipment. The machine must be transported so that it functions properly at its destination.
Each device must be disconnected and dismantled in a way that allows it to be conveniently transported using available means of transport. It is also necessary to ensure proper protection of the equipment, as well as to eliminate the risk of mechanical failures. At the very end of the process, all machines must be checked for proper technical efficiency.
STAGES OF RELOCATION
Individual stages of relocation
Machine relocation is a service that must be carried out in stages. Only then will we be able to guarantee its correct performance. These steps look like this:
- Disassembly of machines and production lines with disconnection of all utilities. Preparation of technical and photographic documentation.
- Packing machines for transport
- Loading machines, devices and production lines from the factory for safe transport to a new location.
- Transport.
- Unloading at the destination.
- Assembly of machines and production lines. Here it is important that it proceeds in accordance with the layout, based on the documentation prepared during disassembly. If there was no disassembly, the documentation provided by the customer is taken into account.
- Bringing and connecting media at the destination.
- Launching machines and production lines.
- Checking their correct operation.
