Assembly and welding services

Our offer includes assembly and welding of pipes, structural elements and repair of damaged parts. Thanks to the use of the latest technologies and qualified staff, we are able to handle even the most demanding projects.
TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding consists in generating an electric arc using a non-consumable tungsten electrode in an inert gas shield. The TIG welding process takes place in an environment of a chemically inert protective gas, usually argon or helium. This method allows to obtain welded joints of very high quality. TIG welding is used, among others, for welding pipes and pipelines as well as thin sheets. It is used in various industries, e.g. food, chemical, automotive, aviation.
MIG/MAG welding (Metal Inert Gas / Metal Active Gas) – welding with a consumable electrode in a shield of inert gases (MIG, method 131) or active gases (MAG, method 135). Argon or helium are most commonly used as inert shielding gases. The active shielding gases are carbon dioxide or its mixture with argon.

What does the MIG/MAG method look like?

In the MIG/MAG method, the electric arc glows between the material to be welded and the electrode in the form of a wire. The arc and the molten metal pool are protected by a stream of inert or active gas.
The method is suitable for welding most materials, selecting electrode wires and shielding gas suitable for different metals.
MIG/MAG welding is used in almost all branches of the welding industry, including: heavy and machine industry including shipyards, production of steel structures, pipelines, pressure vessels, as well as repair and maintenance industries.
